Scuba divers from the local area and as well as divers from Missouri, Kentucky and Indiana will be bringing in the New Year with a refreshing dive into the Chilly waters of Mermet Springs. The Springs will open at 9 a.m. and the Kickoff Dive will be at Noon. The facility is located on highway 45 between Metropolis and Vienna.
